The revamped USCTrojans.com site provides fans with a “back-stage pass” to USC athletics

Like an artist marveling at his work or a chef admiring his food, the masterminds behind the new USC athletics website are pleased with their results.

Even though it’s only a month old, the revamped USCTrojans.com and its featured platform TrojanTV All-Access already have produced a steady stream of innovative content that is giving fans a distinctive look at Trojan athletics.

“The site has been tremendous from a multimedia standpoint,” said Jose Eskenazi, associate athletic director for marketing and the man spearheading the initiative. “It gives fans a new perspective on the Trojans, for football and other sports.”

The high-powered, electrifying site features daily football practice reports, the Heritage Hour radio show every weekday, live USC sporting events, and video blogs from various Trojan athletes, including basketball star O.J. Mayo.

“Our goal is to provide a back-stage pass for USC athletics,” said Rich Rodriguez, the executive producer of TrojanTV All-Access. “Whether it’s football, basketball or any of the other sports, you get an inside look at the Trojans from not only a journalist’s point of view, but a player’s point of view as well.”

The football content is especially noteworthy on TrojanTV All-Access. A series of “SC Classics” showcases some of the Trojans’ most important historical games, including the 1974 Notre Dame game and the 1967 UCLA conquest. The website will also have pre- and post-game shows from football games, plus live streams of Coach Pete Carroll’s Tuesday press conferences.

“The content is excellent and fresh every day,” Eskenazi said. “USCTrojans.com, along with USCRipsIt.com, provides coverage that is unique and entertaining, and it’ll only continue to get better as the season goes on.”
